The Adobe Multi-Solution Architect (MSA) will play a vital role in the architecture design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Adobe solutions, including Real Time CDP, Launch, Analytics, Target, and Experience Manager, Experience Platform, Edge Delivery Services, Workfront, and Fusion. You will work closely with Engineering, Strategy, Sales teams and clients to build state-of-the-art solutions and implementations for our clients.
You will provide best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; you will assist in defining scope and sizing of work; and anchor Proof of Concept developments. You will provide solution architecture for the business problem, platform integration with third party services, designing and developing complex features for clients' business needs.
You will collaborate with some of the best talent globally to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. You will also contribute in a variety of roles in thought leadership, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation. You will challenge your leading-edge solutions, consultative and business skills through the diversity of work in multiple industry domains.

📌 Responsibilities

• Adobe Experience Cloud Architecture: Design, implement, and oversee best-in-class, multi-channel digital solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Ecosystem Audits & Roadmapping: Assess existing client digital ecosystems to recommend optimizations and develop 2- to 4-year digital marketing roadmaps grounded in audience segmentation, personalization, and targeting.
• Technical Documentation: Design relevant multi-channel/multi-tactic architecture diagrams and documentation to support recommended strategic approaches.
• Project & Scope Management: Assist with solution project estimation, scope definition, resource allocation, and project timeline formulation.
• Full-Stack Development: Code POCs, integrations, and production deliveries across various client projects using multiple technology stacks (TypeScript, Next.js, Python, Java).
• AI-Driven Engineering & Automation: Extensively leverage AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, V0, Vercel) to accelerate development, build innovative agentic tools, and design automated workflows for operational efficiency, QA, and tracking.
• Engineering Excellence & Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation and engineering excellence within the team, maximizing the use of AI tools in product development and delivery.
• Testing & Governance: Implement comprehensive testing strategies (process, unit, stress, etc.) to validate specifications, and recommend management/governance policies tailored to client constraints.
• Measurement & Success Metrics: Outline key performance objectives and methodologies for measuring project success.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively engage internal and external technical resources, C-suite executives, and senior leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Knowledge Sharing: Author internal and external knowledge-sharing assets, including blog posts, whitepapers, methodologies, and best practices.

📌 Must have

• Core Experience: 8 to 10 years of engineering experience, including leading large global technology delivery programs across the US, India, LATAM, EU, and APAC.
• Adobe Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing, managing daily operations, and architecting complex solutions for large corporate environments across 3+ Adobe solutions (Workfront, Fusion, Core, light AEM).
• Certifications: Adobe Multi-Solution Architect and other related certifications.
• Enterprise & Digital Transformation: Strong background in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation programs, and MarTech implementations.
• CMS & Data Systems: Proven experience with content management systems—including headless platforms like Contentful, Sanity, and ContentStack—as well as data management systems.
• Hands-on Development: Strong development experience using client-side technologies, server-side programming, and server-to-server APIs (TypeScript, Next.js, Python, Java).
• Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Proven track record in solutioning, pre-sales engagements, pitching, project estimation, and scope definition in migratory environments.
• System Design: Expertise in system design and architecture, including leading technical discussions, evaluating trade-offs, and making informed architectural decisions.
• Modern Engineering Practices: Experience working in modern engineering environments that embrace iterative delivery, continuous experimentation, rapid feedback loops, and outcome-driven execution.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Strong client-facing problem-solving skills with mandatory experience serving US and EU clients, alongside executive stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
• AI-Enabled Engineering Requirements
• AI-Assisted Development: Mandatory, demonstrated expertise using AI engineering tools (Claude, Cursor, V0, Vercel, or equivalents) to accelerate software delivery, architectural design, debugging, code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Agentic Engineering: Experience developing AI agents, sub-agents, workflow orchestration, and automation, with a proven ability to integrate agentic engineering into day-to-day workflows.
• AI Adoption & Strategy: Experience evaluating, adopting, and driving emerging AI technologies and best practices within an organization.
• Mentorship: Ability to mentor engineers on AI-native development approaches and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

📌 Nice to have

• Multiple Experience Cloud Architect or Business Practitioner Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certifications.
• Core experience gained as a direct Adobe customer or as a consultant deploying Adobe services for a professional services firm.
• A proven history of delivering digital results in both Technical and Sales/Marketing roles.
