At CI&T, we combine human expertise with AI to create scalable technology solutions for global clients. We are looking for a Senior Data Business Analyst to join our Neo Data Migration Workstream, supporting a strategic data migration initiative from legacy systems to the Manhattan platform.

This role is ideal for a professional who excels at connecting business and technology, ensuring accurate data mapping, high data quality, and successful migration delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document source-to-target data mapping requirements.

  • Act as the main bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.

  • Collaborate with developers during development, unit testing, and functional testing phases.

  • Validate migrated data, investigate inconsistencies, and support data quality and cleanup activities.

  • Facilitate discussions related to data structures, migration scope, business rules, and edge cases.

  • Create and analyze reports and dashboards to support migration tracking and business visibility.

  • Contribute to governance and quality assurance activities throughout the migration process.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced / Fluent English (C1 or higher).

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in large-scale data migration projects.

  • Strong experience with data mapping, data transformations, and data lineage concepts.

  • Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Experience supporting testing, validation, and defect resolution activities.

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Manhattan WMS / Manhattan Active WM / SCALE or other Supply Chain and Warehouse Management platforms.

  • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis, profiling, and validation.

  • Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.

  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or other Business Analysis / Agile certifications.
