負責規劃與推動公司風險治理與作業風險管理架構，確保符合主管機關法令、集團規範及內部政策。
統籌作業風險及其他非財務風險之辨識、評估、監控與回應，整合跨部門風險資訊，並定期向管理階層與相關委員會報告，強化風險監督與內控效能。

This role is responsible for establishing and enhancing the Company’s risk governance and operational risk management framework in compliance with regulatory, Group, and internal requirements.
The incumbent oversees operational and non-financial risk management processes, consolidates enterprise-wide risk information, and reports key risk matters to senior management and committees to support effective risk oversight.
