Job Description

1.機構設計與開發：
-依專案規格進行結構設計，確保產品的穩定性與可靠度。
-使用 CAD 軟體進行 3D 建模與 2D 圖紙繪製。
2.材料選擇與測試：
-根據產品需求選擇合適的材料，進行材料性能評估與測試驗證。
-協同Thermal Engineer進行熱管理設計，確保產品在運行過程中的散熱效果。
3.製造工藝與可行性評估：
-與製造單位合作解決生產過程中的機構相關議題。
-參與產品DFM review，確保產品設計符合量產規範。
4.原型製作與測試：
-製作產品原型，進行功能測試與驗證，確保設計符合規格要求。
-進行結構強度、耐久性及環境適應性測試，並根據測試結果進行設計改進。
5.文件撰寫與維護：
-撰寫測試報告、設計變更記錄及其它技術文件，確保設計過程的可追溯性。
6.跨部門合作：
-與天線工程師、產品經理及製造團隊協作，參與需求規格討論與可行性評估。
-提供技術支援，協助釐清製造過程中的機構相關議題。
