2. 執行熱流模擬與競品分析，提供內外部客戶多角度的熱設計方案。
3. 了解元件功能及特性，提升系統硬體軟體知識及跨功能部門溝通。
4. 優化熱流開發流程及完成散熱零件和模組認證。
