Job Description:

Asegurar el cumplimiento del volumen de producción de latas de bebidas que cumpla con las especificaciones de los clientes. 
Cumplir con los indicadores operativos establecidos (eficiencia, desperdicio, hold for inspection).
Definir plan de capacitación y desarrollo del personal operativo.
Asegurar la ejecución del las rutinas de mantenimiento autónomo.
Cumplir con el presupuesto de tiempo extra y rendimientos de materiales.
Asegurar el cumplimiento a los estándares de seguridad y medioambiente de la compañía, aplicables al área
