JDA transportation with PL/SQL Expertise

The Senior Developer Analyst will be involved in solution design, development, and support of JDA transportation with PLSQL expertise. The individual in this role will work collaboratively with cross-functional business and IT teams onsite and offshore in designing and delivering solutions for supply chain business needs. Additional responsibilities:

• Lead business requirements gathering and reviews to understand and define system goals and technical system requirements

• Provide functional and technical responsibility for all the JDA applications

• Design JDA solutions based on business requirements to meet business needs

• Lead and contribute to solution discussions in a cross functional setting (business and IT)

• Build solutions (code, testing, configuring) based on business requirements

• Review artifacts (code, design documents, test cases, configuration) created by consultants and employees

• Assist in developing company standards and processes to support development and support activities

• Estimate project effort

• Create and execute unit and integration tests; lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (internal/external)

• Provide application support and interface support for all supply chain JDA applications

• Support SLAs and assist in measuring and reporting

• Own and lead application and system performance tuning activities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations for IT

• Assist in developing work plans

• Work in collaboration with onsite/offshore teams

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• 6+ years' experience implementing JDA applications

• Strong design and development experience in JDA Transportation & freight management solutions.

• Technical experience working on JDA TMS 8.0 and above

o JDA Data model

o Integration with JDA modules

o Installation & Patching

o JDA Configuration – FEP, Searches, Option Sets, Batches, Node Pools, Load balancing

• Experience working with Oracle and PL/SQL

• Experience implementing and upgrading JDA applications

• Outstanding problem-solving and analysis, time management, and verbal/written communications
