- 10-15 years experience in Information Technology.
- at least 5 yrs in tech lead role using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, J2EE, JSP, HTML5, struts,jQuery, Hibernate
- Database experience is a must
- Knowledge of caching (like memcache, geneva etc)
- solid knowledge in OO design
- has worked on scalable and large enterprise applications
- Still hands-on with emphasis on design reviews, code walk-thru, architecture decisions, performance and scalability
- Motivated and hard working
- Strive for innovation, performance and leadership
