About this opportunity:
We are now looking for a Graduate Java Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in helping develop automation test framework vital in delivering cutting-edge 5G networks to our customers.
You’ll be part of a global, forward-thinking team with colleagues in Beijing, Kista, and Vietnam—now expanding to Kraków, Poland. This is your chance to make a real impact in an innovative environment where your ideas and skills truly matter.
Role requires working from Krakow, Poland -hybrid mode 3 days from office.
What you will do
• Design, develop and maintain Java-based automation test framework for 5G network components.
• Analyze test requirement and implement Java-based automation solutions.
• Architect reusable components for test design, execution, and result reporting.
• Integrate the framework with simulators, emulators, and real network elements.
• Collaborate with 5G network teams to understand testing needs and translate them into scalable test framework features.
• Seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging technical issues.
• Drive continuous improvements to product, process, and quality.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills - you will work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think abstractly and build scalable solutions.
• A demonstrated focus/passion around one or more of the following (Or related) skills:
• Automation test development
• Java and Python coding
• Cloud Architecture and micro-services
• Machine Learning AI & GenAI application
