Job Overview

• Creating, developing and supporting advanced business applications for the Wholesale Lending line of business

• Will be assigned to WB Tech Lending COI 2

• Will be interacting with Manila Engineers (COI2), business stakeholders and counterparts in NL Key Responsibilities

• Searching and proposing solutions using the newest technologies.

• Creating, developing and supporting applications within the Wholesale Lending line of business.

• Building and deploying applications needed for Lifecycle Management

Key Capabilities/Experience

• Advanced knowledge of Java 8. Knowledge of Java 11 and beyond is preferred • Experience of using various spring modules like Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Batch

• Experience in developing Java Microservices – REST APIs

• Knowledge of Hibernate Framework

• Very good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns

Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge and know how on ING Frameworks – Merak, Touchpoint and Kafka • Knowledge of Continuous Delivery Tools: Jenkins, Artifactory, Git, TFS, Azure DevOps

• Prior experience of working in an Agile/DevOps environment

• Knowledge of Micro-Services architecture, dispersion services, scalability, container technologies: Docker, OpenShift.

• Skills in writing scripts using Bash or Python
