As a Java Developer/Team Lead, you will be in charge with managing and leading the development/maintenance of a portfolio of banking applications that cover a diverse technological landscape (Java, Oracle, Angular, IBM Cloud) for the insurance domain of a multinational banking company. You will also have the responsibility to supervise, grow and motivate project groups in order to sustain delivery excellence and high performing teams.
- Ability to speak and write in French fluently.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technical leadership, leading project teams, and setting technical direction.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable solution architectures.
- Experience writing software in Java (using Springboot, Spring batch, JPA/hibernate, REST services, Kafka).
- Experience writing Front-end components using Angular.
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Artifactory or similar.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to audiences.
- Experience managing Java teams and projects.
