Java Developer w. French

• Drive cross-collaboration and execution of requests.

As a Java Developer/Team Lead, you will be in charge with managing and leading the development/maintenance of a portfolio of banking applications that cover a diverse technological landscape (Java, Oracle, Angular, IBM Cloud) for the insurance domain of a multinational banking company. You will also have the responsibility to supervise, grow and motivate project groups in order to sustain delivery excellence and high performing teams.

• Ability to speak and write in French fluently.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in technical leadership, leading project teams, and setting technical direction.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable solution architectures.
• Experience writing software in Java (using Springboot, Spring batch, JPA/hibernate, REST services, Kafka).
• Experience writing Front-end components using Angular.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Artifactory or similar.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to audiences.
• Experience managing Java teams and projects.
