Java Developer - Identity & Access Management (IAM) - MX

We are currently looking for a Java Developer with Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience to join a global engineering team responsible for developing and enhancing enterprise authentication and authorization solutions used worldwide.

This role is ideal for developers who enjoy building secure applications, integrating authentication platforms, and working with modern Java technologies in cloud and Agile environments.

What You'll Do 

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and services using Java and Spring
• Build and enhance APIs and integrations supporting authentication and authorization workflows
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Deliver high-quality code through modern CI/CD practices
• Develop and support IAM solutions and configurations
• Implement and maintain authentication and authorization integrations
• Work with industry-standard protocols including:
  • SAML
  • OAuth 2.0
  • OpenID Connect (OIDC)
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Federated Authentication

What will help you succeed:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Java
  • Spring Framework
  • REST APIs
  • SQL
  • JavaScript
  • HTML/CSS
  • JUnit
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong Unix/Linux experience
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

IAM Experience

• Solid understanding of:
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Federated Authentication
  • SAML
  • OAuth 2.0
  • OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• Experience working with enterprise IAM platforms such as PingFederate
