- strong Java/ J2EE with MVC frameworks like Struts, Spring, Hibernate
- Also SOAP, Restful Web services
- Front end technologies, HTML, Jquery, JavaScript
- Angular is a plus
- Exp with Drools or custom drool engine is a plus
