Java Backend developer

We are seeking a Mid-Level Java Spring Boot Developer with experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing scalable microservices-based applications using Spring Boot and be comfortable working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance microservices-based applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Experience working in the Banking or Financial Services industry is mandatory.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, Java, Spring Framework, and SQL databases.
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
