Java Developer and Automation Engineer with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and testing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, and Rest Assured. Experienced in backend development, automation framework design, API validation, CI/CD integration, and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java
• Work on core Java, collections, exception handling, multithreading, and OOP concepts
• Develop backend services using Spring / Spring Boot
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices
• Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, and internal services
• Work on deployment, release, and environment support activities
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java
• Build automated test scripts for UI, API, regression, smoke, and integration testing
• Use tools such as:
• Selenium WebDriver/  TestNG / Junit/  Cucumber / BDD/.  Rest Assured
• Identify high-value manual test cases and convert them into automation scripts
• Maintain robust, reusable, and scalable automation suites
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Added advantages of Brokerage domain experience
• Good communication skills
