Job description:
Participate in the work of the technical team and provide design support for complex systems;
Participate in, formulate, and implement major technical decisions and technical plans, analyze, design, review, and implement system architecture, and assume responsibility for design quality;
Responsible for mid- and long-term planning, and upgrading and optimization of the overall system, leading the research on technical problems, and the formulation of specifications, ensuring system scalability, and continuously improving system safety, stability, and performance;
Maintain a certain degree of forward vision, big picture thinking, and continue to promote the optimization and reconstruction of system architecture;
Instruct front-line engineers, organize technology sharing, and encourage team members to make progress together.
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree or higher, solid basic skills in computer science;
More than 5 years of work experience in Internet research and development, with a good vision of Internet product and technology;
Proficient in Java and object-oriented design and development, with an in-depth understanding of low-level Java, high concurrency, large data volume, and real-time computing;
Able to grasp the architecture of complex systems and ensure that the design quality of the system meets or exceeds industry-leading levels;
Strong overall thinking ability, good at analyzing, summarizing, and solving problems, continuous learning and reviewing, self-iteration;
Strong expression and communication skills, diligent, rigorous, and dedicated, demand system quality, a strong ability to analyze and solve problems, and a strong sense of responsibility;
Experience in the Internet finance industry, high frequency and low latency experience is preferred.
