Job Responsibilities

•Manage and mentor a team of developers and analysts throughout the entire project lifecycle

•Investigate future oriented products and takes ownership of driving resolution and making proposals that may include reusable components

•Demonstrate fluency in technical aspects of a suite of technical products and business applications

•Collaborate with team members to diagnose and resolve complex defects identified throughout testing phases

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

•Experience with J2EE architecture and design

•Preference for some experience with core Java, J2EE, and DI frameworks (Spring, CDI, JBoss, Tomcat), as well as Hibernate Configuration (Connection, Dialect, Mappings)

•Experience with source control systems such as GIT, SVN or CVS

•Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment is preferred

•Experience with Groovy, Grails, Scala, Mobile, Angular.js, Node.js, Twitter Bootstrap and/or other controls and JQuery a plus
