Job description

What you’ll be doing 

The Japanese-speaking Project Manager will manage complex project requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality deliverables. The role includes gathering customer requirements, creating execution plans and development tasks, and occasional travel to Japan for client and stakeholder meetings.

What you bring to the team 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 

• Have at least 4 years of experience in managing software development project, and at least 2 years of working experience with Japanese clients. 

• Proficient in software development project management. 

• Proficiency is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements. 

• Agile knowledge and experience is mandatory. 

• Possess excellent communication skills in Japanese, with a minimum of N2 level proficiency, although N1 is preferred.  

• Willing to learn/understanding the new domains. 

• Good English is a plus. 

• PMP Certificate is preferred.
