Japanese Interpreter

Job Description Summary :

Responsible for supporting communication between expatriates/technicians and local employees to ensure smooth coordination, accurate information delivery, and effective execution of operational activities. The role provides language interpretation and translation support during meetings, technical discussions, training sessions, and daily operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Description :

• Provide verbal interpretation to Indonesian/English during meetings, discussions, training sessions, and operational activities.
• Support communication and coordination between technicians/expatriates and local employees.
• Translate documents, reports, work instructions, emails, and other materials to Indonesian/English and vice versa.
• Assist in facilitating smooth day-to-day communication at the plant/site location.
• Support administrative coordination related to expatriate or technician activities when required.
• Ensure interpretation and translation are delivered accurately, clearly, and professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and business-related information.
• Support cross-functional teams to minimize communication barriers during projects or operational activities.
