ITSM Tools Analyst

Maximus is currently seeking a ITSM Tools Analyst. This is a remote position. The ITSM Tools Analyst will support IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) operations in support of the contract. This role directly supports IT/OT service reliability, compliance, and continuous service improvement across the enterprise.
