Mission and Team Hook

Join our Corporate Affairs team and lead PMI's Illicit Trade Prevention (ITP) agenda in Israel.

In this role, you will work across functions and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives, strengthen execution, and support efforts to address illicit trade in tobacco and smoke-free products.

Impact You'll Own

• Lead the market's Illicit Trade Prevention planning and execution agenda.
• Drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders around shared priorities and objectives.
• Improve visibility, governance and planning discipline across key initiatives.
• Support effective decision-making through performance monitoring, insights and structured recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the effectiveness and impact of market initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of Illicit Trade Prevention initiatives.
• Build alignment across multiple functions around priorities, timelines and execution plans.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and partners to support market initiatives.
• Monitor implementation progress, identify risks and recommend optimization actions.
• Prepare updates, insights and recommendations for business stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Ensure clear visibility of priorities, timelines, risks and progress across key initiatives
• Continuously improve ways of working, planning effectiveness and execution excellence.

• הובלת אג'נדת התכנון והביצוע של תחום מניעת הסחר הבלתי חוקי בישראל
• יצירת יישור קו בין בעלי עניין פנימיים וחיצוניים סביב מטרות וסדרי עדיפויות משותפים
• שיפור תהליכי התכנון והביצוע של יוזמות מרכזיות
• תמיכה בתהליכי קבלת החלטות באמצעות מעקב ביצועים, תובנות והמלצות מבוססות נתונים

• עבודה מול בעלי עניין ושותפים חיצוניים לקידום יוזמות בשוק
• מעקב אחר התקדמות תוכניות העבודה, זיהוי סיכונים והמלצה על פעולות לשיפור
• הכנת עדכונים, תובנות והמלצות עבור הנהלה ובעלי עניין מרכזיים
• הבטחת נראות ושקיפות של סדרי העדיפויות, לוחות הזמנים, הסיכונים והתקדמות של יוזמות מרכזיות
• קידום שיפור מתמיד של דרכי העבודה, איכות התכנון ומצוינות הביצוע
