Your “day to day”
As a Senior Integrated Talent Management Specialist for South East Europe, you will support the execution of the Talent Strategy across the SEE Cluster, covering approximately 1,000 employees. You will help implement talent and performance management systems, processes and interventions in line with global deployment plans and local business needs, while supporting learning and leadership strategies that accelerate succession readiness, workforce diversity and an inclusive work environment.
Implement talent and performance management cycles in line with Global deployment plans
Coordinate and execute annual talent review cycles, ensuring adherence to established principles and guidelines, achieving desired outcomes through Build-Buy-Borrow plans and driving accountability for agreed actions
Execute annual performance management cycles, including performance improvement plans, to support a merit-based performance management approach and ensure alignment with established principles and guidelines
Support the ITM Manager and HR Business Partners in designing and developing a holistic approach to building the skills, knowledge, experiences and behaviors required to deliver the cluster strategy
Implement leadership and learning strategies, Global and Regional initiatives and, where needed, develop and deploy local initiatives to accelerate talent development
Support the identification of learning needs and assist in the implementation of leadership development programs, helping current and future leaders build capabilities to drive culture, lead effectively, engage and develop their teams
Monitor and analyze program impact and effectiveness, including the completion of Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
Contribute to strategic workforce planning by proposing improvements that support future organizational readiness and by identifying and implementing Build-Buy-Borrow initiatives
Support the effective management of budgets related to talent management performance management and learning initiatives
Please note that the P&C team is based across two locations: Belgrade and Niš.
Who we’re looking for
University degree
Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources
Experience in implementing and managing talent and performance management systems, while supporting organizational change initiatives
Knowledge, experience and demonstrated success in designing and delivering holistic talent, performance, learning and development solutions
Strong PC skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Fluent English, written and spoken
