Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding their travel needs.
• Resolve booking problems, handle cancellations, and facilitate rebookings promptly and efficiently.
• Offer expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and travel regulations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Keep clear records of all interactions with customers and maintain detailed documentation in the support system.
• Work collaboratively with travel partners and internal teams to ensure the best service outcome.
• Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and promotions to offer accurate and relevant information to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
• A background in customer support, ideally within the travel sector, is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with customers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as being an effective team member.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms is beneficial.
