Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support through chat, email, and phone in Italian.
• Assist users with account setup, content recommendations, and platform navigation.
• Troubleshoot technical difficulties related to streaming, billing, and subscription services.
• Accurately document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
• Work closely with technical teams to address and resolve advanced issues.
• Stay informed about the latest platform features, content updates, and market trends to effectively assist users.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Relevant experience in customer support, particularly in tech or streaming services, is preferred.
