Responsibilities

• Oversee the software implementation process for Italian-speaking clients, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Conduct training sessions for users to help them adopt and utilize our software effectively.
• Engage with clients to identify unique needs and customize solutions accordingly.
• Identify and resolve issues that may occur during the implementation phase.
• Provide post-implementation support to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other teams to refine processes and improve client outcomes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both verbal and written), with good knowledge of English preferred.
• Proven experience in software implementation or project management.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Familiarity with various software deployment tools and practices is advantageous.
• A strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for technology.
