Italian Speaking Product Solutions Advisor

In this role, you will engage with our Italian-speaking clients, providing them with insightful guidance and support in selecting the most suitable products for their needs. Your role is vital in fostering positive client relationships and ensuring satisfaction through expert knowledge and tailored solutions. Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking customers in understanding our product offerings and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to queries and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits.
• Work with the sales team to nurture leads and contribute to the sales process.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and enhancement.
• Keep up-to-date with product changes, market trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a product-related role is preferred.
• Ability to understand complex product information and communicate it effectively.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Passion for helping clients achieve their goals through innovative product solutions.
• Experience with CRM systems and online tools is a plus.
