Italian Speaking Partner Support Consultant

In this role, you will be key in delivering exceptional support to our partners in Italian-speaking regions. Your fluency in Italian and your commitment to partner satisfaction will be essential in nurturing strong relationships and ensuring partners have the tools and assistance they need. Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Italian-speaking partners, addressing their queries and support requests.
• Provide guidance on product features and integration to maximize partner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with partners to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions.
• Accurately document partner interactions and resolutions in the support database.
• Analyze partner feedback to identify trends and enhance service delivery.
• Work with internal teams to create and update support materials and training resources for partners.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in customer service or partner support is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to effectively address partner issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and support platforms is beneficial.
• A proactive approach with a strong dedication to enhancing partner success is essential.
