Responsibilities

• Support Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding online shopping through chat, email, or phone communication.
• Offer detailed product information, recommendations, and assistance to enable well-informed buying decisions.
• Resolve any customer issues related to orders, payments, and returns in a timely and effective manner.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and current policies to ensure accurate and satisfactory support.
• Maintain a positive tone and engaging communication to foster a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
• Coordinate with team members to refine and elevate the online shopping experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is a must; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in the e-commerce sector, is preferred.
• Adept at understanding customer needs and delivering effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and solve problems proactively.
• Experience with online shopping platforms and CRM tools is beneficial.
• Self-driven, capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
