Responsibilities

• Engage with Italian-speaking gamers via live chat, delivering friendly and informative support.
• Address a variety of gaming-related inquiries, including account management and troubleshooting.
• Guide players on game mechanics, updates, and community standards.
• Accurately log interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the gaming team to provide players with the best solutions and gather their insights.
• Encourage a respectful and enjoyable online environment among players.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong interest in gaming.
• Prior experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle challenging situations.
• Passion for gaming, with familiarity with popular games and platforms.
• Experience with live chat tools or customer support software is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet gamer availability.
