Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Italian-speaking clients to assess their IT needs and recommend effective solutions.

• Provide training and ongoing support to clients, enhancing their understanding of IT solutions.
• Work closely with technical teams to relay client feedback and optimize solutions.
• Conduct workshops and presentations to educate clients on various IT products and services.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to provide valuable insights.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in IT consulting, technical solutions, or a relevant field is preferred.
