Responsibilities

• Offer exemplary customer service to Italian-speaking gamers, addressing their questions and enhancing their overall gaming experience.
• Troubleshoot issues related to games and assist players with effective solutions.
• Educate gamers on game mechanics, updates, and community news.
• Document player interactions and feedback for insights and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the gaming team to implement player feedback and improve services.
• Foster a positive and engaging gaming atmosphere by promoting good sportsmanship and communication.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for gaming.
• Previous experience in customer support, gaming assistance, or community management is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving in a gaming context.
• A dedicated gamer with familiarity with trending games and platforms.
• Experience with customer service tools and chat systems would be beneficial.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to meet player needs.
