Responsibilities

• Monitor chat conversations to ensure all communication remains respectful and follows community guidelines.
• Engage with players by answering questions, facilitating conversations, and enhancing the gaming experience.
• Identify and take action against inappropriate behavior and content in real-time.
• Provide effective support to players by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Work closely with the gaming team to create a welcoming atmosphere for players and share ideas for improvements.
• Gather and report player feedback to contribute to ongoing enhancements of the gaming community.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of gaming culture.
• Experience in chat moderation, community management, or customer service is an advantage.
• Able to calmly handle challenging situations while promoting a positive gaming environment.
• A genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with popular gaming platforms.
• Experience with chat moderation tools and community-building strategies is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours to align with peak gaming times.
