Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with Italian-speaking enterprise clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
• Serve as the main point of contact, delivering strategic insights and guidance throughout the client journey.
• Identify client business goals and develop customized strategies to meet their objectives.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs and adapt services accordingly.
• Collect, analyze, and act on client feedback to facilitate product and service enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure seamless client support and service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Proven experience in client relations, consultancy, or a similar role.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to tackle client challenges effectively.
• Ability to navigate and understand complex business landscapes and drive strategic initiatives.
• Detail-oriented, proactive approach with a focus on adding value to client engagements.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and experience in enterprise consulting is preferred.
