Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients in Italian to assess their needs and deliver customized digital store solutions.
• Assist clients in setting up and managing their digital storefronts with a focus on usability and optimization.
• Provide comprehensive training on digital retail tools and strategies to maximize client success.
• Collaborate with the internal team to relay valuable client feedback and improve service offerings.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends to offer insightful recommendations to clients.
• Document client interactions and support resolutions to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in digital retail, e-commerce, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and develop appropriate solutions.
• Good analytical skills to assess performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
