Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Italian-speaking clients, providing support and efficiently handling inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their needs.
• Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct periodic follow-ups to verify client satisfaction and inform them about new offerings.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain detailed information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to improve the client journey and provide integration feedback.
• Stay abreast of market trends and company services to deliver informed support to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or account management is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team framework.
• Experience with CRM tools and client management systems is beneficial.
