Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication platforms including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries and operational issues regarding our services.
• Proactively resolve client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Work closely with different departments to facilitate seamless operations and communication.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our support system.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required, along with proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a business support or customer service role is highly advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to assisting customers is essential.
