• Engage with Italian-speaking clients to identify their integration requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Design, execute, and troubleshoot B2B integrations between client systems and our platforms.
• Provide ongoing technical support during the integration lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
• Maintain thorough documentation of technical specifications and integration workflows for client use and internal reference.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in B2B integration technology.
• Collaborate with various teams to improve integration tools and services.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian (both spoken and written), with English proficiency being advantageous.
• Prior experience in B2B integration, middleware, or a related technical field preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, especially in building client relationships.
• Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, ETL) is desirable.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
