Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers seeking assistance with automotive services.
• Address customer inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance, repairs, and recommendations.
• Support customers in scheduling service appointments and understanding service processes.
• Handle customer concerns and issues effectively while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Inform customers about service options, warranties, and current promotions to enhance their experience.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and service inquiries.
• Work closely with service teams and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, with a preference for candidates from the automotive sector.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and maintain a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer requests.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and services is advantageous.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial.
