Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from customers via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
• Assist with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Offer detailed information about flight schedules, policies, and available services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and verbal) is required.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on effective communication.
• Experience in the airline or hospitality sector is preferred.
• Ability to manage stressful situations while maintaining professionalism.
• Excellent time-management skills and multitasking abilities.
• A love for travel and basic knowledge of airline operations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with customer service software and airline reservation systems is a plus.
