IT Technical Support Analyst

What You'll Do

• Deliver excellent IT support to end users across phone, in-person, and online channels, ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues efficiently, keeping incidents on track and meeting agreed SLAs.
• Keep IT services running smoothly through system monitoring, routine maintenance, audits, and effective management of support queues and shared resources.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Solid understanding of I.T systems and infrastructure;
• Experience with ticketing/logging systems;
• Excellent skills covering IT areas such as: VoIP, Networking, VPN, RDP, Lan Protocols (TCP/IP), Patching, etc...;
• Proven experience with operating systems: Microsoft O/S, iOS, MacOS, Linux

Languages:

• Fluent English
