Role- IT Technical Consultant - Senior (Cloud Portal Engineer)  - 
Location: St Louis, MO 
Contract: 8 month CTH

• Position will be on-site in St. Louis
• BS/BA is not required
• Min 5 years of experience needed
• Experience with open cloud foundry preferred
• This position will be a part of a high performing engineering team

POSITION SUMMARY: 
This Cloud Portal Engineer will help design, deliver, and maintain the self-service portal for the company's cloud platform. They will also develop automation and internal tools to provision, maintain, and monitor the cloud platform. This person will mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and drive continuous improvement. This person will also act as a developer advocate within the cloud platform team.

QUALIFICATIONS: 
• Extensive experience writing and testing Java (Spring Boot), HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript 
• Extensive experience writing and testing modern front-end frameworks such as AngularJS or React 
• Extensive experience creating and maintaining RESTful APIs 
• Experience using MySql or other relational databases as well as data modeling 
• Experience collaborating using git / github 
• Experience with Cloud-Foundry and Ansible is a plus 
• Extensive knowledge of software security standards and techniques 
• Understand browser-specific compatibility issues 
• Must be comfortable in an open office environment
