IT System Support Engineer - Factory Integration (f/m/d)*

As a Factory Integration Specialist, you will manage new and existing equipment automation solutions for equipment performance tracking, online visualization and process automation.
In your new role you will:

• Collaboration with stakeholders eg. business, equipment integration team in modeling equipment performance and visualization metrics
• Setup and configure software settings and support on different industrial equipment platforms and Infineon systems
• Maintain, upgrade, and enhance current application / system in local and regional sites
• Be responsible for application / system resilience and sustainability (eg. auto system health-check/recovery)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system integration
• Drive improvement topics (automation, digitalization etc)
• Give on-call duty support on demand

You are a strong team player who can establish successful cooperation with your colleagues, and your effective communication and interpersonal skills allow you to pass on meaningful and reliable information.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A University or College (Bachelor) Degree in Electrical or Software Development, Electrical Engineering, IT or equivalent field of studies
• Practical knowledge of programming languages, like .Net, scripting, C#, LowCode etc
• Practical knowledge of operating systems and middle-wares eg. Windows server, Linux server, Oracle Database, MQSeries, Tibco, RabbitMQ etc.
• Experience in ITIL process, Agile SAFe methodology or DevOps tools (eg. Git, Azure DevOps,ALM Octane) would be a plus
  
• Several years of experience in a related field, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry would be a plus
