Within the organization

At Shapr3D, IT plays a critical role in day-to-day operations. As we continue to grow and expand, we require an IT function that is solely focused on serving our teams. Currently, IT activities are undertaken on an ad-hoc basis by engineers and other staff members, detracting from the core business activities. This role is designed to centralize and enhance IT support so that our employees can have the tools and systems they need in order to perform at maximum capability.

We believe that IT does not just mean troubleshooting and maintenance—it's the capability to drive productivity, further enable our environment, and improve workflow. By implementing a strong IT foundation, we create an environment where our teams can focus on creativity without disruption.

What you'll do

  • Support IT systems, including Apple, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, 1Password, GitHub, Okta, and Atlassian products.
  • Manage access control for all IT-related services.
  • Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operation of networks.
  • Create, maintain, and document IT policies and procedures
  • Maintain a physical inventory of IT hardware, including computers, peripherals, and accessories, and provide information for IT budgeting.
  • Support live and streaming video events, and record and archive events as needed.

What you'll bring

  • 2-3 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocol
  • Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
  • Experience with Windows and MacOS operating systems and hardware
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Experience in SOC2 and ISO implementation and compliance is a plus

What do we offer?

Ownership & Impact – Be part of a startup shaping the future of design and manufacturing, with equity options.

📚 Learning & Growth – Work alongside some of the industry’s best minds and continuously evolve your skills.

🏥 Comprehensive Benefits – Private healthcare, life insurance, gym membership, and more.
