IT Project Manager

Professionals in the field of Project Management with a proven track record of technical, operational or strategic management success.  Demonstrable ability to apply technology solutions and be responsible for the overall direction,coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects. Creates and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Deals with complex situations requiring knowledge and application of policies and procedures. 
 

•    Bachelor's Degree 
•    Five (5) or more years’ direct work experience in project management capacity.
•    Proficiency with project management software and documentation
•    Knowledge of SDLC (software development lifecycle)
•    Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
•    Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
•    Strong communication skills, problem resolving competences and people skills.
•    Skilled with Agile/Scrum Methodology’s
•    Maintain communication with the customer to stabilize operation environment regarding any trouble shooting.
•    Clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines 
•    Organize and lead project status meetings and working meetings. 
•    Prepare and distribute progress reports and meeting minutes.
•    Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution. 
•    Define and manage a well-defined project management process.
•    Fully bilingual: English and Spanish
