SUMMARY
We are seeking a IT Project Analyst to oversee end-to-end technical implementation projects, including build, request management to external teams, deployments, IT Software instance setup, and cross-team project coordination. You will manage build and release plans, anticipate and mitigate risks and issues, to guarantee timely and quality deliverables for IT systems used by Business users. Communication to peers, management and stakeholders is key. Creativity and innovation are welcome, to implement best practices, process optimisation and automation to reduce manual and error-prone activities.
This role requires natural leadership, analytical and troubleshooting skills, and strong personal organisation to drive complex projects efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience

We seek a professional with at least 3–5 years of experience in release and deployment management fields, with exposure to:
- Agile methodology
- CI/CD pipelines
- Azure or AWS Cloud
- Platforms: Windows, Linux
- Database: MSSQL
- ITSM Tool: ServiceNow, BMC Helix, JIRA
- Cloud: Microsoft Azure
- CI/CD Tools: Octopus Deploy
- Version Control: Azure DevOps
- Monitoring: Grafana
The candidate may not be fully proficient in every technology mentioned above, but must show a fair technological culture and have appetite for learning more to accelerate technical projects implementation and troubleshooting. The Technical Project Coordinator will work with build engineers, hence his/her primary mission is to drive the projects, report and communicate
