IT Program Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our motivated Group Information Management team in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate IT Program Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you co-lead a company-wide ERP transformation, focusing on technical delivery, architecture, and integration quality while driving system standardization and working closely with our management. 

Your Role

• You take co-ownership of the end-to-end program delivery (template and rollout waves)
• You lead technical workstreams and own scope, architecture, and integration
• You actively drive standardization and harmonization of the system landscape
• You share responsibility for adhering to budget and timelines
• You manage stakeholders across business, IT, and external partners, including dependencies (D365, ePS, satellite systems)
• You co-chair program governance and prepare Steering Committee decisions on delivery, technical, and architectural topics
• You manage risks and escalations and ensure transparent C-level reporting

Your Profile

• You bring several years of experience leading complex IT programs and have a proven track record in managing external implementation partners (time, budget, quality)
• You possess strong technical understanding of relevant enterprise solutions (e.g., D365 F&O / SCM, ePS – a plus)
• You have experience driving standardization and harmonization in complex system landscapes
• You communicate confidently with our C-level stakeholders and make sound decisions, even under uncertainty and time pressure
• You have strong knowledge of integration & interface architectures and focus on standardization over customization
• You combine pragmatism with a clear stance as a template defender and strong co-leadership mindset with the business
• Fluent communication in English (C-Level) is a matter of course for you, German skills are an advantage
