Job Summary

The ACTICO Platform Implementation Consultant supports the setup and delivery of decision automation solutions using the ACTICO platform. The role focuses on working closely with business and technical teams to configure rules, workflows, and integrations based on agreed business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure decision rules and workflows using the ACTICO platform.
• Translate business requirements into system configuration and rule logic.
• Support integration with client systems through APIs, databases, or file interfaces.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Work collaboratively with project teams, business users, and ACTICO consultants.
• Ensure solutions are implemented according to best practices and project guidelines.

Requirements

• Basic experience with business rules, workflow, or decisioning platforms (ACTICO experience is an advantage).
• Understanding of financial services or lending processes is preferred.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
