The team you will be a part of

The Information Systems team is responsible for implementation of the enterprise architecture and the development and maintenance of the organization's computing/IT environment. Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.

This role in summary

As IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading global IT operations, ensuring stability, functionality, and optimized performance of systems across all regions. The role involves incident management, problem resolution, technology contract oversight, and implementation of operational best practices to maintain business continuity.



Your responsibilities will include

  • Oversee implementation and maintenance of global operational best practices
  • Drive data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and platform performance
  • Monitor and optimize performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage existing technology contracts (global and regional) for D2C operations
  • Identify and lead opportunities for negotiating new contracts with technology vendors
  • Manage incident response and problem resolution
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational metrics
  • Coordinate activities to maintain day-to-day technology stability

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
  • Fluent English (communication with global teams)
  • Solid knowledge of system monitoring and performance metrics
  • Experience in technology contract, costs and vendor management
  • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM best practices
  • Experience in incident management and problem resolution
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Previous experience with ERP systems and integrations (mainly SAP)

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Previous experience in global/multinational environment
  • Knowledge of ecommerce operations
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools
  • Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with VTEX platform
