IT Monitoring & Automation Junior Officer

IT Monitoring & Automation Junior Officer will monitor the IT infrastructure components performance. Maximize the ATM service uptime. Support the branches & Call center for the opened tickets which related to ATM.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Conduct real-time monitoring of IT assets using tools and information dashboards

·        Monitor system traffic and rates of dataflow.

·        Monitor infrastructure & network assets.

·        Monitor ATM service.

·        Report for ATMs problems.

·        Report for A TM service periodic performance.

·        Coordinate with Support vendors to fix & operate the ATM.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

·        Bachelor degree from reputable university,

·        preferably Engineering major Preferred 2 years of professional experience preferably in IT monitoring Field.
