Job description
We are seeking an IT Manager / Site Director to upgrade and support the IT infrastructure of our manufacturing facilities in Nonsan, South Korea. Manage the IT Operations team, including Service Desk Technicians and Systems Administrators and Enterprise and Factory systems. You will oversee security of systems, networks, and enterprise information. Responsible for New Hire Process, Account Maintenance on Enterprise Systems, SAAS/Cloud Environments, Software and Hardware Vendor Management, Backups, Systems Updates, following COBIT and Cybersecurity Standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire IT department, including Infrastructure and Enterprise Applications
  • Budget and vendor management 
  • Business process development
  • Data Backups
  • Software Upgrades Security Updates
  • Escalation Handling in 24x7 manufacturing environment
  • New Hire Process and off boarding
  • Software and Hardware provisioning
  • Manage stakeholder priorities
  • Manage costs and department budget
  • Vendor Management
  • Maintain and develop required Documentation
  • All technical aspects of the design and implementation of Computer and Networking, Database Infrastructure 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Operations Manager or Director in a demanding environment 
  • Knowledge of Servers, Network and SAAS environments 
  • ERP and MES factory application experience (K-Systems experience a plus, but not required)
  • Leadership and organizational skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Outstanding communication skills 
  • Strong Technical problem solving skills
  • Language Proficiency in both Korean and English
